Sacred Heart College of Education in Jammu is a co-educational institution established in 2003, affiliated with the University of Jammu, dedicated to teacher training. The college has a modern campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a well-stocked library and separate hostels, and is situated near Paloura, Jammu.
